For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the 7pp77 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out in this section. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following requirements at all times during your use of the platform.

To access the full range of services on the 7pp77 platform — including real-money wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 7pp77 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process your payments, and comply with its responsible gaming obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 7pp77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. 7pp77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above details at any time. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or mobile financial service account statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

7pp77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 7pp77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their financial service provider.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your 7pp77 account are typically credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 7pp77, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. 7pp77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing infrastructure.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account and that belongs to you. 7pp77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal conditions: Prior to processing any withdrawal, 7pp77 may require you to complete KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals of amounts derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement having been met in full before processing will commence.

Anti-Money Laundering: 7pp77 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be considered. If 7pp77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are of illicit origin, it reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze the balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus or associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Bonus Abuse: 7pp77 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-house-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, using automated software or scripts to wager bonus funds, and coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional structures. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account closed and all associated funds voided.

Promotion Modifications: 7pp77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a Player, 7pp77 will endeavour to honour the original terms unless evidence of abuse is present. All decisions by 7pp77 regarding promotional eligibility and bonus qualification are final.

All games available on the 7pp77 platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and is governed by the specific rules published by its respective provider. 7pp77 does not modify game mechanics, RTP rates, or payout structures beyond what is permitted by the provider's integration terms.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Ignorance of a game's rules is not accepted as grounds for a dispute or refund. Players must use the 7pp77 platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may be subject to legal action where applicable.

7pp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspicion of fraudulent or money-laundering activity, or at the request of the Player themselves.

Player-initiated closure: If you wish to close your 7pp77 account voluntarily, please contact support at [email protected] with your account details and a request to close. Upon receipt, 7pp77 will process the closure within five (5) business days, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or pending transactions. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable processing checks.

Platform-initiated closure: Where 7pp77 closes an account due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited in their entirety. Real-money balances (i.e., funds deposited and not originating from bonuses) will be returned to the registered payment method unless the closure is related to suspected fraud or money laundering, in which case the balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. 7pp77 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player logging in. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.

Responsible Gaming closures: Players who request account closure on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion — are entitled to have their account closed immediately upon request, without any cooling-off period. 7pp77 treats responsible gaming closure requests with the utmost priority.
